Tanggung Jawab
- Transport and distribute FMCG snack foods from depot to assigned retail outlets
- Execute direct sales activities at warungs, markets, and retail points
- Manage inventory and product displays at customer locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective route planning
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with safe driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or distribution
- Familiarity with Majalengka's retail landscape preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and inventory management abilities
- Physical fitness for daily product handling and delivery
