Tanggung Jawab
- Direct Sales & Distribution: Visit assigned outlets and warungs to sell food and beverage products directly to business owners.
- Route Management: Efficiently manage delivery routes using a motorcycle to ensure timely product distribution and coverage.
- Stock Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are rotated and displayed attractively on shelves.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Payment Collection: Collect cash payments from customers and ensure accurate daily sales reporting.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately process orders and ensure products are delivered in good condition.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Driver’s License: Valid motorcycle driving license (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or motorbike delivery is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with shop owners.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit to ride a motorbike for extended periods and navigate local terrain.
- Residence: Must reside in Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah.
- Availability: Willing to work on a contract basis and flexible with working hours.
