Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell FMCG products through direct customer engagement and retail partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective territory management
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends
- Manage product inventory and ensure optimal stock availability at retail points
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and safe riding ability
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or FMCG industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with proven sales achievement record
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Resident of Cileungsi or surrounding areas preferred
