Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our client base in the Batam region.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to showcase our auction services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Executive, or in a similar commercial role.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Batam and Kepulauan Riau.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to travel and work effectively in a field-based environment.
