- Execute end-to-end loan application processes while ensuring strict compliance with company policies
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in automotive, banking, or financial services sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
