Tanggung Jawab
- Exceed monthly sales targets for medical devices (Alkes) in designated territory
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with government health institutions (Dinkes, Dinsos)
- Present product demonstrations to hospital procurement committees
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance forecasts
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Represent company at healthcare trade shows and industry events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices/healthcare sector
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within Medan's healthcare ecosystem preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within Sumatera Utara region
