Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Riau region.
- Present and sell company services and auction solutions to prospective buyers and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Organize and oversee auction events to ensure smooth operations and maximize client participation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, to management.
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the auction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications is preferred.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
