Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive sales strategies across both offline (retail stores) and online (digital platforms) channels to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and store visits to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and close deals.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a mix of offline (retail) and online (e-commerce) channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Valid SIM A driving license is highly preferred for offline field work.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
