KDD Jaya is a leading provider of heavy equipment, cranes, and spare parts in Surabaya. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Online Shop & Algoritma Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our physical inventory and our digital customers. You will manage our online shop to drive sales and leverage algorithmic strategies to optimize our e-commerce performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the online sales shop to ensure high visibility and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to develop algorithmic recommendations for better inventory management and marketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service via online channels, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends for heavy equipment and spare parts to update product listings accordingly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained in the online system.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings for the company website.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail sales.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and algorithmic logic is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time in Surabaya.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
