Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery for high-volume transactions
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain and update order data in CRM/ERP systems with 100% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, and customer inquiries
- Generate regular reports on order status, KPIs, and sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance order management efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between customers and internal departments for order-related matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end order management
- Proven ability to handle high-volume order processing (1000+ transactions/month)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP) and order management platforms
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
