Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update sales data accuracy within the CRM system to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Support the sales planning lifecycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, and lead tracking.
- Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational standards across all departments.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of team members on internal sales tools and software.
- Perform regular data audits to identify gaps and implement corrective process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or data administration.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience in process mapping and administrative automation is highly regarded.
