Join a fast-paced team driving strategic hardware and software initiatives at Google. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key strategic partner to the Sales leadership team, focusing specifically on the Devices and Services portfolio. You will leverage your analytical expertise to drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and provide actionable insights that directly impact business performance. This position requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to translate complex data into clear, executable business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to ensure alignment and implement scalable solutions that enhance the overall sales efficiency and effectiveness.

- Drive the strategic vision for Sales Operations within the Devices and Services division, aligning with broader company goals.
- Analyze complex sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue accurately, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models and dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure sales tools and CRM systems are optimized for user experience.
- Streamline workflows and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce friction.
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership regarding sales strategy and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Excel) and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google Workspace is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
