Our client, Search Personnel, is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and revenue growth of their thriving education centres. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the driving force behind the centre's success, managing sales strategies and ensuring that revenue KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a high-performing team of sales and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and driving enrolment growth through targeted strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp business acumen, a proven track record in operations management, and the ability to boost enrolments while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Weekend work is required for this position to ensure optimal centre operations and client engagement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education centres to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and boost enrolment numbers.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales and support teams to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends and optimize business strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and students to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and community engagement events.
- Manage inventory and operational budgets efficiently to control costs while maximizing profitability.
