- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and boost centre enrolments
- Manage daily operations of education centres, ensuring smooth functioning and high service standards
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Coach, mentor, and lead a team of sales and administrative professionals to achieve their targets
- Implement operational procedures and policies to enhance centre performance and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Work weekends as required to support centre activities and special events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management and operations, preferably in the education sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using sales and operational management software and tools
