Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead all aspects of branch operations: driving sales to exceed targets, managing inventory and visual merchandising, ensuring operational efficiency, and coaching a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of motivating teams and delivering exceptional results in a competitive retail environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to build a high-performing team.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in retail systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
