In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our CRM strategy. You won’t just manage data; you will build epic automations that streamline our sales pipeline, ensuring our team can close more deals faster. This is a high-impact position requiring technical proficiency and strategic thinking.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our HubSpot platform, ensuring data hygiene, creating complex workflows, and generating actionable sales reports. Additionally, you will provide critical administrative support during Australian business hours, bridging the gap between our local operations and international teams. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the HubSpot CRM, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure data integrity.
  • Design and implement complex sales and marketing automations using HubSpot Workflows and Flows to reduce manual work.
  • Generate and analyze weekly sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Own CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate lead scoring and data entry standards across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead routing and deal flow processes.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support during Australian business hours to facilitate seamless communication.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Specialist or HubSpot Administrator.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Full-time availability to support operations during Australian business hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
