Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with Material Management, Order Management, and Production teams to determine accurate sales order delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Analyze sales orders against production capacity to create realistic fulfillment timelines
- Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders proactively
- Identify and resolve order fulfillment bottlenecks through cross-departmental coordination
- Generate regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and delivery performance
- Optimize planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales planning, order management, or production scheduling
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
