Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process incoming sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and operational summaries for management.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies or shipping issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to streamline the overall sales cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
