Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using digital systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients in the Kabanjahe region
- Conduct regular product demonstrations and promotions at retail points
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to logistics team
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance metrics for management
- Resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational school preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or order processing
- Proficiency in order management software and basic Excel
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (motorcycle/car)
- Familiarity with FMCG products and retail operations
