Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately through digital and manual systems
- Manage order fulfillment timelines and coordinate with logistics teams
- Build and maintain relationships with retail clients and distributors
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock availability issues
- Collect market feedback and customer preferences for product teams
- Prepare daily sales reports and order documentation
- Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve monthly targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG or retail sales operations
- Proficiency in order management software and MS Office
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of FMCG product categories
- Valid driver's license for client visits (if required)
