Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise
- Attention to detail in inventory management and transaction accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules
