- Proactively approach and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, identifying needs through targeted questioning
- Provide detailed product information, specifications, and usage guidance to support purchasing decisions
- Guide customers to relevant product sections and demonstrate solutions using IKEA's room sets
- Process sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in point-of-sale operations
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to ensure displays are inspiring and products are accessible
- Participate in inventory management tasks including stock replenishment and floor organization
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for all visitors
- Actively participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move merchandise (up to 15kg)
