Join PT Guna Artha Kencana as a Sales & Partnership Specialist to drive growth in Bali's thriving wellness and hospitality sector. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in building strategic partnerships with therapists, wellness venues, and hospitality establishments across the island. You'll expand Glowgo's network by identifying high-value collaborators, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and fostering long-term relationships that enhance our market presence. - Identify and onboard qualified therapists, wellness venues, and hospitality partners across Bali
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships aligned with Glowgo's growth objectives
- Conduct regular outreach to potential partners and nurture existing relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support
- Track partnership performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies
- Represent Glowgo at industry events and networking opportunities in Bali
- Analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Strong network within Bali's wellness, hospitality, or tourism industry
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and partnership management tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
