- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Promote and demonstrate product features to customers to drive sales and meet targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
