Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Drive store sales by effectively promoting products and recommending items based on customer needs.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including inventory organization and product display maintenance.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and solution-oriented thinking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience in retail sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of customers.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
