Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to customers effectively highlighting key features and benefits
- Provide accurate information about products to customers and address any inquiries or concerns
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and sales objectives
- Monitor and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches and promotions
- Ensure the presentation area is clean, organized, and properly stocked with marketing materials
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or product demonstration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn about new products and features
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills a plus
