In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales activities. You will build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, agents, applicators, and construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure our high-quality building materials reach the right hands, driving revenue growth and market presence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals with distributors and agents.
- Conduct regular and strategic follow-ups to maintain relationships and ensure target achievement.
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and consultations to applicators and project stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving inquiries and addressing product concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, construction, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian construction market and the supply chain network.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta Raya region.
