Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for construction projects in Kabupaten Tangerang
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (developers, contractors, architects)
- Prepare compelling project proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Coordinate project handover from sales to execution teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction sales or project coordination
- Proven track record in B2B sales and contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of construction industry processes and terminology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
