Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our client base in the IT sector.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and proposal development to final contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are accurately reflected in digital project deliverables.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and business proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT/SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local digital market in Jakarta.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and a 'go-getter' attitude.
