Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and oversee sales projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on post-project support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
