In this role, you will be the face of the Xiaomi brand, engaging with shoppers to showcase our latest smartphones, smart home devices, and lifestyle products. Your primary focus will be on creating a memorable customer experience, demonstrating product features, and achieving daily sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the Xiaomi brand professionally at Parqal Mall, Parañaque.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Xiaomi products to customers.
- Engage with potential buyers, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage booth inventory, restock displays, and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories and complementary products to maximize revenue.
- Collect customer feedback and report it to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in retail sales, promotion, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of mobile technology and gadgets is highly preferred.
