As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring our customers find the perfect pieces to furnish their homes.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating our wide range of furniture products, and providing expert advice on design and comfort. You will also be involved in the setup and maintenance of our showroom displays to ensure they reflect the high quality of our merchandise. A key aspect of this position includes the physical ability to lift, carry, and assemble furniture items safely and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in selecting the right furniture based on their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate products, explain features, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assemble furniture items and ensure proper installation for customers.
- Restock shelves and maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotions is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy furniture items (up to 50kg).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring spaces.
