Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products at the National Bookstore branch.
- Maintain high standards of product display and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Execute effective promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and move inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to maintain a positive store environment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that all promotional materials are current and visible.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the store management.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least Senior High School or equivalent vocational training.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to merchandising.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and shifting schedules, including holidays.
- Professional grooming and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player mindset.
