Our ideal candidate is a friendly, approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and helping with furniture assembly when needed. This role requires physical stamina as you may need to lift and move furniture items occasionally.

- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all customers in the showroom
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales
- Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Help with the assembly and display of furniture products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Physical ability to lift and move furniture items when necessary
- Knowledge of furniture products is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and holidays as required
