Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all school supplies are stocked, organized, and displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in finding the right products for their needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area within the department store.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supervisor for replenishment.
- Execute promotional activities and product demonstrations to drive sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and inventory adjustments.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Senior High School, or Vocational Diploma/Certificate.
- At least 6 months of experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to product displays.
- Knowledgeable in basic sales techniques and customer service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Amenable to working on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
