- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and usage of furniture items.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect furniture solutions based on their lifestyle, space, and budget.
- Perform basic furniture assembly and ensure all display units are secure, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free showroom environment and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in retail is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
