Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell school supplies through effective product demonstrations and customer engagement
- Set up eye-catching product displays in accordance with merchandising standards
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
- Actively monitor sales floor to assist customers and address inquiries
- Contribute to achieving department sales targets through upselling techniques
- Maintain inventory awareness and report stock levels to management
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events
- Ensure store presentation standards are consistently maintained
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or vocational degree holder
- At least 6 months of experience in sales or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly approach
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons
- Basic knowledge of school supplies and educational products is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo product training and sales workshops
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
