Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers to introduce and demonstrate Jasmine Food Corporation products.
- Maintain an inviting and organized product display area according to company standards.
- Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and unique selling points to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team daily sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activities to the supervisor.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels at the promotional booth and inform management of replenishment needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to foster brand loyalty and positive shopping experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotional work is highly preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Possess own transportation for commuting to various retail outlets in the Shah Alam area.
