Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell consumer products to retail customers with persuasive product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Actively achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues to store management
- Participate in promotional campaigns and special store events
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store performance and customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree in business/marketing preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable personality
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in commission-based roles
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Indonesian work permit and residency in Gresik/Jawa Timur
