- Act as the primary brand ambassador and represent ABENSON WM with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Engage with customers in-store to generate leads, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by promoting current promotions, new arrivals, and special offers to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash with responsibility.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn new products quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure.
