- Represent and promote our consumer electronics brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and benefits to customers
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions that align with their requirements
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Participate in promotional activities and events to drive brand awareness and sales
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with at least 1-2 years of sales or retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Passion for consumer electronics and eagerness to learn about new products and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and energetic attitude
- Basic computer literacy for operating sales systems and processing transactions
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
