Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers to demonstrate and promote consumer electronics products.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an attractive and organized product display area to ensure maximum brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to report back to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional retail environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or high-ticket retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (highly preferred for local demographics).
- Strong persuasive ability and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Basic technical proficiency in mobile devices, home appliances, or audio-visual equipment.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
