Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell products effectively to customers in retail environments
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of products according to brand standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management
- Maintain clean and organized product displays and promotional materials
- Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities for upselling
- Collect customer feedback and report on market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and promotional goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or retail merchandising preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage effectively
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable transportation to various locations in the Central Region
