Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the consumer electronics brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics is advantageous
- Pleasant personality with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer literacy for sales transactions
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required
