- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner while promoting kitchen appliance products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, answering technical questions with confidence
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
- Maintain product displays and ensure optimal store presentation at all times
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market insights to support business growth
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold company standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of built-in kitchen appliances is an advantage
- Matulated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
