We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Sales Promoter to join the Staffinc Group team in Jakarta Utara. As a Sales Promoter for Kredivo, you will be the face of our brand, introducing our innovative financial solutions to potential customers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are comfortable talking to people and are eager to drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our products at various points of sale, explaining features and benefits to customers, and guiding them through the application process. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness in the region. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with new clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote Kredivo’s financial services to potential customers in retail stores.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Accurately collect and input customer data into the company’s database.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the promotional area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) education.
- Minimum of 3 months of experience as a promoter/SPG/SPB in electronics sales.
- Must own a smartphone with an Android operating system.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
