Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers to demonstrate the features and benefits of Parker Pen products.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock organization on the sales floor.
- Achieve and exceed daily or monthly individual sales targets.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle basic POS operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for timely replenishment.
- Report competitor activities and customer feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School graduate (Senior High School level preferred).
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotion, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to store maintenance.
- Familiarity with stationery products or premium consumer goods is a significant advantage.
