Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote Omo Pastry products
- Effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential customers
- Drive sales through persuasive communication techniques and excellent product knowledge
- Provide information about product availability, pricing, and special offers
- Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized promotional area at the point of sale
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to the store management
- Participate in product training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and reliability
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
- Must be available for flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays
