Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Execute direct selling strategies to actively promote sanitaryware products to potential customers.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and activity logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and address their needs professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Assist in organizing in-store promotional activities and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in direct selling, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
