As a leading provider of HR services and outsourcing solutions, we are looking for talented individuals to help us expand our market presence in the smartphone and consumer electronics sector.
In this role, you will be the face of PayJoy, responsible for driving sales of the latest smartphones and explaining our innovative financing options to potential customers. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to articulate complex financial products simply. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring that our customers understand how to access affordable mobile devices through our flexible installment plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for smartphones and PayJoy financing plans.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable mobile device packages.
- Explain the benefits of PayJoy's installment payment system clearly and persuasively.
- Assist customers in completing the application process for financing and collecting necessary documentation.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and product display organization.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Familiarity with smartphone specifications and mobile operating systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills for calculating installment plans and processing payments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is an advantage.
- Must be a registered resident of Indonesia with a valid KTP (ID Card).
